            Summary: FormEase Auto fill processes and stores 100% of your personal data locally on your device using AES-256 encryption. We do NOT operate remote servers, collect analytics, or share your data with third parties.
        

1. Information Collection and Storage

FormEase Auto fill allows users to store personal profile data (such as name, date of birth, educational credentials, Aadhaar Card, PAN, and contact details) for form auto-filling. All data entered into the extension is encrypted locally using AES-256 encryption and stored inside your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local).

2. Data Transmission and Remote Servers

FormEase Auto fill operates entirely offline within your browser client. We do not host remote databases, server backends, or tracking scripts. Your stored profile details never leave your personal web browser.

3. Permissions Used

Storage: To save your encrypted profile and settings locally.
ActiveTab & Scripting: To analyze form fields on the active page and inject form values when you trigger the autofill action.
Host Permissions: To enable automatic field detection across government examination portals, university portals, and job application sites.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Since we do not collect or transmit any data, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade any personal user information with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers under any circumstances.

5. Data Security & Control

You have full control over your data. You can edit, update, or permanently delete your stored profile data at any time directly through the FormEase extension popup interface or by clearing your browser extension storage.
